An educational group primarily focused on discussions relating to the fundamentals of classical cooking concepts, theories, terminology and techniques. A secondary focus of the group will be the practical application of this knowledge in the production of shared recipes.

KosAbility meets the last Sunday of each month at 4pm PT / 7pm ET. We are a volunteer diarist community of, by & for people living with disabilities, who love someone with a disability, or who want to know more about the issues.
