In news that is certain to get an FBI source fired by the corrupt clowns who sit atop the Justice Department and the FBI, CNN is reporting that the D.C. pipe bomb suspect, Brian Coles Jr., has told the FBI that he believed the 2020 election was stolen.
During interviews with the FBI, the suspect arrested in the pipe bomb probe told investigators that he believed the 2020 election was stolen, providing perhaps the first indication of a possible motive for the bombs placed near the DNC and RNC headquarters, people briefed on the matter said.
Dan Bongino, now Deputy Director of the FBI, has insisted for years that the pipe bombs were part of an anti-Trump plot orchestrated by Joe Biden, the FBI and Democratic operatives to discredit Trump and MAGA. Bongino has pushed this addled conspiracy theory on his podcast and in other media over and over.
Last year, he said on his podcast that there was “a massive cover-up” in the case, which was an “inside job” launched by the federal government.
Earlier this year, Bongino went further, telling his audience that the FBI knew the identity of the bomber and “just doesn’t want to tell us because it was an inside job.”
“This was a setup,” he added. “I have zero doubt.”
And, yet, there was Dan Bongino at the podium yesterday, absolutely crowing about the arrest of a suspect in the case, a suspect, who it turns out, held the lunatic MAGA belief that the 2020 election was
And to no one’s surprise, Sean Hannity stepped up last night to give Bongino a chance to explain himself. It was as ludicrous and inane as one would expect:
“Listen, I was paid in the past, Sean, for my opinions. That’s clear, and one day I’ll be back in that space,” Bongino said. “But that’s not what I’m paid for now. I’m paid to be your deputy director, and we base investigations on facts.”
Try and make sense of that statement. Bongino gives away the game, doesn’t he? He was paid to lie. And he admits that right there on Fox News where the rest of them are also paid to lie to the MAGA base.
Dan, aren’t you being paid now, too? Good lord, these people are so unqualified, inept, corrupt, hypocritical and just flat out stupid that it almost defies belief. Almost. Except that it’s everything everywhere all at once.
When will this madness end?
