This is a weird obsession of Drumphfs. He delusionally believes that Biden was so mentally addled while in office that he had no idea what laws, order or pardons were being issued in his name. He has therefore ordered that all documents signed by autopen under Biden are now “terminated and of no legal effect.”
We hear this shit from the guy who says he didn’t know who the crypto guy, Binance founder Changpeng Zhao, he pardoned even was, or that fact that he had money laundering for terrorists and human traffickers.

Zhao had asked Trump for a pardon previously.
He has deep ties to World Liberty Financial, a crypto venture that the Republican president and his sons Eric and Donald Jr. launched in September.
Trump’s most recent financial disclosure report reveals he made more than $57 million last year from World Liberty Financial, which has launched USD1, a stablecoin pegged at a 1-to-1 ratio to the U.S. dollar.
He’s blowing up boats in the Caribbean that don’t have the fuel reserves to reach the U.S., for supposed “drug trafficking,” when he pardoned the former President of Honduras, who had been prosecuted for massive drug trafficking.
Juan Orlando Hernández, the former president of Honduras, has walked free after President Donald Trump pardoned him - a man once characterised as the key figure in a drug trafficking scheme that flooded America with over 400 tonnes of cocaine.
Trump has said that Hernández, who was sentenced to 45 years in prison by a US court, is a victim of political persecution and has been "treated very harshly and unfairly".
The pardon has surprised some experts, given the seriousness of the crime and the administration's promised crackdown on illegal drugs flowing into the US.
Drumphf himself also pardoned 1600 J6 Terrorists using an autopen.
But he has a problem with Biden using one?
Pardon scholar Kim Wehle states here that the Constitution doesn't even require a signature from the President for a law, veto, executive orders or even pardons. He can grant them verbally if he wishes.
Any of these items authorized by a subsequent President can not be simply reversed by a later President. Changing a law requires a new law that has passed through Congress. Vetos and Pardons can not be undone. Executive orders require a *new* executive order that changes or reverses the previous one.
What’s really alarming is that Trump apparently doesn’t know any of this shit.
Or worse, he doesn’t care. He just thinks anything he proclaims out loud, or maybe he just thinks, carries the force of law. He issues hundreds of E.O.s that are just flat-out illegal.
He claims to have the authority to set Tariffs, but that’s a power reserved for Congress, except for under “emergency conditions.” We are not in the midst of a trade emergency. He has claimed the power to federalize the National Guard over the objection of State Governors and without a foreign governmental invasion or a state of rebellion or insurrection as required by Posse Comitatus. We are not under invasion, rebellion or insurrection.
Some of these orders by Trump have been signed by autopen. Some of them have merely be “Truthed” without any physical documentation at all.
Think about that.
He knows, obviously, that he can issue orders without physically signing them himself — he does it all the time. HE JUST DID IT RIGHT HERE. But he thinks that power, somehow, doesn’t apply to Joe Biden.

And yet, somehow, Trump thinks he can have Barack Obama arrested for something something involving Russia-gate.
This is really demented. When the SCOTUS granted immunity for this, that immunity applies to ALL PRESIDENTS. Not just Trump, all of them.
We’ve gotten used to this insanity because he displays it all the time, but it’s still fucking insanity.
He imagines how he thinks the rules should work in a way that is always favorable to him. “I get to do whatever I want to do but Obama is somehow a criminal and Biden doesn’t get to do anything I don’t like”.
It’s really, really deranged.
“I get to kill members of the House and Senate because they implied I might commit War Crimes.” And then he and his minions go out and commit war crimes after bragging about it in just about every venue that they would do exactly that.
We were warned. They told us exactly what they were going to do.
He thinks he’s a fucking King.
