The United Nations children's agency said on Friday that at least 67 children have been killed in what it called conflict-related incidents since the ceasefire went into effect.

"Dozens more have been injured. That is an average of almost two children killed every day since the ceasefire took effect," UNICEF spokesperson Ricardo Pires told reporters in Geneva.

The two children in the photo are Fadi Abu Assi, 11, and Goma Abu Assi, eight. Israel murdered them with a drone strike when they were gathering firewood for their wheelchair-bound father.

He said: "They are children...what did they do? They do not have missiles or bombs, they went to gather wood for their father so he can start a fire."

At the funeral, the boys' father wept over one of his children, whose white shroud was peeled back to show his face.
