Exposing ALEC
They meet in secret. They write our laws. They want us silent. The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) is a conservative organization designed to bring together state legislators and corporate representatives to craft legislation later introduced in state chambers. We feel that the least the public is owed in a democracy is transparency. That's why we are shining a light on ALEC. On its legislative members, its corporate sponsors, and its anti-social agenda.

This group is for persons on Daily Kos who are also on the autism spectrum. This includes people who have diagnoses of Asperger's, PDD-NOS, and autism as well as their accepting and supportive friends and family members. No cure-bies allowed here! We are not sick. We are just different.

Legal Abortion
This Group will be used to coordinate research efforts and tests aimed at reaching out to "Unborn Child" voters. These people have been owned by the Republicans for decades. Largely they are churchgoers. They give their votes and money to Republican candidates, adding up to 30% to 50% of GOP votes in general elections. The opportunity is to approach these voters as a static GOP asset, uniquely suitable for new approaches.
